Villa Eleonora
The relaxing colours of nature adorn central Istria, a green oasis with a view of the clear blue sea. One such place is a village of Žužići near Višnjan, home to Eleonora, a modern and contemporary villa. Villa Eleonora is fully equipped and boasts modern design and relaxing atmosphere both in the interior, as well as the outside garden area. .

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room and a bedroom with sauna. The living room featuring a fireplace, connected with a big kitchen and dining room create a cosy open-concept living space overlooking the exterior with large terraces and pool (50m²). There are three beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies to enjoy the view of nature. The garden offers a unique outdoor experience where you can barbeque while your children are enjoying themselves on the playground. There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding area. The nearest beaches are 15 km away.

Booking
In order to make a reservation you need to pay 30% of the total price. Payment can only be made via bank transfer to our bank account. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival. Payment by credit cards is not possible. During July and August check in is possible on Saturdays only.

Uvjeti rezervacije
Svi porezi, pristojbe i ostali troškovi su uključene u cijenu.
Posteljina i ručnici su dostupni, uključeni u cijenu i mijenjaju se jednom tjedno.
Plativo u kunama po srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke na dan plaćanja.
Nije uključeno u cijenu: Grijanje bazena – 200 EUR tjedno. Poželjno je unaprijed najaviti, a može se ugovoriti i prilikom dolaska.
Za rezervaciju je potrebno uplatiti 30% cijene. Plaćanje putem bankovnog transfera na naš žiro račun. Ostatak iznosa se plaća putem banke prije dolaska ili u gotovini prilikom dolaska. Plaćanje kreditnim karticama nije moguće.
Uvjeti otkazivanja: besplatno otkazivanje 42 dana prije dolaska uz povrat cjelokupnog iznosa uplaćenog za rezervaciju. U slučaju otkaza 42 dana prije dolaska ili kasnije ili u slučaju nedolaska gubi se pravo na povrat cjelokupnog iznosa uplaćenog za rezevaciju.
Prilikom dolaska se daje polog u iznosu od 400 EUR za slučaj štete. Isti iznos se vraća prilikom odjave ukoliko u objektu nije počinjena nikakva šteta.
Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. Dječji krevetić, stolica za hranjenje i pomoćni ležaj dostupni su na upit.

U slučaju da je kuća slobodna, moguć je raniji dolazak i kasniji odlazak. Molimo vas da nas kontaktirate radi dogovora.
Reservation terms
The price includes all taxes and fees.
Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, included in the price and changed once per week.
Payable in Kuna according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of payment.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival with full refund of the reservation deposit. If the reservation is cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, the entire amount of reservation deposit will be retained.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Pets are not allowed. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds are available upon request.

Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged if the villa is vacant for the requested times. Please contact us to make arrangements.
